大山脚传统烧腊饭

人一生中往往都在创新,比如某某奶茶,某某西餐。但往往这些创新都没无法取带我们从小到大所熟悉的传统味道。

烧腊饭到出都有,不同地方都有不同的味道与作法。这次要为大家介绍的是大山脚传统烧腊饭。位于大山脚大巴刹街的一个不起眼的角落(Jalan Pasar 与Jalan Danby路口)。

饭是蒸在一个个小鋁锅中,烧腊肉(烧猪肉与烧鸡肉)切成小方块,混合的撒在蒸饭上,然后淋上浓浓的自创酱油汁,闻到阵阵飘香的古早味。当饭放进口中时,那种味道真的是无法形容。一盘普通烧腊饭才卖RM3.50。

如有机会去到大山脚走走,不可错过去尝尝,让你回味无穷。幾乎24小時開放做生意。

In our life, often like to try to do something new, innovating, and creating such as new menu, new cooking etc. But often these innovations and creation are not able to replace the traditional taste that we familiar with.

To have a meal out of roasted, different places have different tastes and practices. This round, like to bring you to Bukit Mertajam-Penang traditional roasted rice. It’s located in an obscure corner of Jalan Pasar and Jalan Danby.
Rice is steamed in a small aluminum pan, the burned bacon (roasted pork and roasted chicken) cut into small pieces, sprinkle in a mixture of steamed rice, then topped with thick homemade soy sauce, bring a very good array fragrance traditional smell. When the rice put into the mouth, the kind of taste is really indescribable. An ordinary roasted rice just sold RM3.50.

If the opportunity to visits Bukit Mertajam, not to be missed and it’s a food for thought. Business hours is almost 24 hours especially night time.
